Harmony Hills Ventures Relocates to the greater Dallas area, Expanding HHV Dev’s Vision Across North Texas and Oklahoma

Harmony Hills Ventures (HHV)

A company driven by vision and purpose, is thrilled to announce its relocation to Dallas. This move turbocharges its development division, HHV Dev, to address America’s housing shortage by transforming vast rural land lots across North Texas and Oklahoma into future communities for ranches and single-family homes on 10+ acre parcels—places where families can enjoy the outdoors and rediscover classic American values.

HHV buys large rural properties in counties throughout North Texas and Oklahoma, envisioning communities others haven’t yet seen. With HHV Dev at the helm, these 10+ acre lots give families space to stretch out, connect with nature, and bring back the outdoor lifestyle—like room for hiking, stargazing, or raising animals—that’s slipping away in today’s crowded world. This strategy tackles the housing crunch while reviving the independent, nature-loving spirit of America’s past.

“Frisco is our new home base, but our sights are set on North Texas and Oklahoma,” said Keith Sazer, CEO of Harmony Hills Ventures. “HHV Dev finds the land and kickstarts communities where families can live large—both in space and in spirit. We’re helping solve the housing problem while giving people a chance to get back to the outdoors and the values that built this country.”

The wide-open landscapes of North Texas and Oklahoma, paired with their growing populations, make them prime territory for HHV Dev’s approach. By securing big rural parcels and planning neighborhoods with plenty of room, the division creates a foundation for families to escape tight urban spaces and embrace a freer way of life. It’s about more than just land—it’s about kids running wild outside, parents finding peace in nature, and bringing back old-school values like self-reliance and wide-open freedom.

Harmony Hills Ventures is ready to dive into this region from its greater Dallas hub, partnering with local communities across North Texas and Oklahoma to turn vision into reality. HHV Dev’s growth here means more families can swap cramped living for sprawling lots, easing the housing crisis with a nod to America’s outdoor roots. Standing Watch: The Veterans Guarding Our Schoolhouses and Sanctuaries

There was a time in this country when a man finished his service, came home, hung up the uniform, and the question of what came next answered itself. There was a farm to run, a trade to take up, a town that needed him. The mission changed, but the serving didn't stop. That was understood.

What We Did With 85 Acres Outside Wewoka, Oklahoma

A little over a year ago, Harmony Hills Ventures bought 85 acres of rolling country a few miles outside Wewoka, in Seminole County, Oklahoma. It came with a house, a second smaller home, a big pole barn, a scatter of older barns and workshops, a creek, a couple of ponds, and a stretch of shoreline on a quiet 52-acre lake, shared with only a handful of neighbors. It wasn't a blank piece of ground. It was a place somebody had lived on and worked for a long time. We've told you before that we buy land and improve it. This is a good example of what that looks like when the land already has a story, and we thought it was worth telling now that most of it has found new owners.

Ten Acres Outside Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Brought Back to Life

Some pieces of land you buy for what they are. This one we bought for what it was underneath. Ten acres on the north edge of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, just past the city line and a short walk from the county fairgrounds. Same family for decades. A good-sized pond. Behind the parcel, 80 acres of privately held recreational land, so the view from the back of the property is timber and sky, with no subdivision pressing in behind you. We saw all of that on the first visit. We also saw everything that had gone wrong.

A Farm in Newport, Michigan, and the Homes It Will Become

There's a stretch of Monroe County, just east of Interstate 75 and a few minutes shy of Lake Erie, where the land still does what it was always meant to do. It grows things. The fields lie flat and open under a wide sky, the tree lines run straight along the section roads, and in the evening the light comes in low off the lake and turns the whole place gold. This spring, Harmony Hills Ventures closed on roughly 51 acres of that ground in Berlin Charter Township, outside the community of Newport. It's been a working farm for generations. We intend to keep the best of what it is while giving it a new purpose: four to five residential homesites, each ten acres or more, with electric service and municipal water at the road.
